pk376 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets solely to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other Players to exploit promotional structures; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
The pk376 Mine wallet loyalty programme awards points on qualifying wagers across all product categories. Mine points are convertible to real PKR cash at rates published in the Mine section of the platform. pk376 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Mine loyalty programme at any time upon reasonable notice to players.
All sports bets and casino wagers placed on pk376 are subject to acceptance by the Company. pk376 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits, bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets placed after an event result is known.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error affecting any bet or casino game on pk376, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. pk376 is not liable for losses suffered as a result of a player relying on erroneous odds, game outcomes, or displayed balances arising from a technical fault. Cricket betting markets on pk376 — including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — are governed by the specific market rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to data feed delay will be voided. Abandoned matches and No Result outcomes are handled per the market-specific rules published for each cricket competition.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk376 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if pk376 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pk376's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you with pk376 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits pk376's liability for: death or personal injury caused by its negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In the event of termination for cause, pk376 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where a balance is confirmed as legitimately earned and no fraud is established, the net balance will be returned to the Player following conclusion of the investigation.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk376 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the pk376 platform shall first be submitted to pk376 customer support for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission to pk376 customer support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
pk376 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk376 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via email to the address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the pk376 platform. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the pk376 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
